Email Marketing, Customer Retention Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee clients’ CRM and email marketing platforms

• Act as the primary contact for all inquiries related to customer retention

• Assist in formulating results-driven strategies and establishing appropriate KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC

• Discover unexploited growth prospects through data analysis and share insights with other departments or client teams

• Create workflows aimed at the ongoing enhancement of communication and reactivation initiatives in conjunction with client-side contacts

• Engage in continuous professional development and explore new tools, formats, and methods to elevate marketing effectiveness

• Aspire to advance to a team lead position in Customer Retention over the medium term

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in email marketing and proficiency with relevant tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar

• Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurship

• Experience in working with customer segments

• Background in tracking, statistics, and data analysis

• Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio or similar tools

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Excellent command of the English language
