Email Marketing, CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online retailers in fields such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the team.

• Conduct regular check-in calls to foster strong client relationships.

• Assume full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

• Formulate strategies and implement best practices in email marketing.

• Create innovative testing approaches for clients.

• Work in conjunction with operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical execution.

• Directly influence clients’ growth rates and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or customer relationship management (CRM).

• Previous familiarity with Klaviyo is advantageous.

• Openness to learning and working with new tools.

• An approachable, people-oriented demeanor paired with a positive attitude.

• An analytical mindset complemented by creativity.

• Capability to interpret data and devise creative marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in German.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.
