Email Marketing, CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online retailers in industries including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team.

• Foster strong client relationships through consistent check-in calls and close cooperation.

• Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing projects.

• Create email marketing and CRM strategies.

• Utilize and enhance best practices for managing sending volumes.

• Conduct innovative testing for clients.

• Contribute to driving clients’ growth and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.

• Previous experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn and work with new tools.

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.

• Capability to analyze data and formulate creative marketing strategies.

• Fluent in German.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Must reside in Germany, as this position is exclusively available to candidates located in Germany.
