Email Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, which includes setting up briefs, implementing copy, and coordinating with design teams.

• Support the scheduling and deployment of emails to ensure timely launching of campaigns and flows.

• Help manage email lists and segmentation within Klaviyo.

• Assist in building and updating automated email flows.

• Support A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to enhance performance.

• Track and report on email performance metrics, aiding in identifying optimization opportunities.

• Assist with the execution of SMS marketing, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting.

• Support quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, link functionality, and adherence to deliverability best practices.

• Help maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows.

• Stay informed on the latest email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce (internships or entry-level roles are included).

• Practical experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform (required).

• Basic understanding of email and SMS marketing KPIs, such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Experience in assisting with SMS marketing is an advantage.

• Basic familiarity with HTML is a plus.

• A marketing certificate, diploma, or degree is advantageous.
