Email Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create performance-oriented email campaigns and automated workflows for various DTC brands.

• Convert strategic campaign ideas into engaging visual stories.

• Work collaboratively with copywriters, strategists, the Director of Design, and Email Strategists.

• Aid in developing A/B testing strategies and refine them based on performance analytics.

• Develop scalable, modular email systems within Figma.

• Uphold file organization, naming standards, and asset management.

• Ensure designs adhere to best practices for deliverability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Engage in internal review processes and apply feedback effectively.

• Assist in the creation of templates, training resources, case studies, and overall design enhancements for the agency.

• Support client onboarding and the establishment of brand systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 2 years of experience designing high-volume email campaigns for DTC brands.

• A robust portfolio showcasing performance-focused creative work.

• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.

• Strong knowledge of conversion hierarchy, email best practices, and mobile-first design principles.

• Experience in A/B testing and analyzing performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Experience in agency settings is a plus.

• Exposure to paid social creative systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of design accessibility, including ADA and WCAG standards, is a bonus.

• Must be available to work standard business hours, 9:00am–5:00pm, in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
