Email Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create email campaigns and automated workflows focused on performance and clear conversion hierarchy.

• Transform strategic campaign ideas into engaging visual stories.

• Work alongside copywriters and strategists to enhance concepts beyond mere execution.

• Play a role in A/B testing strategy and refine approaches based on performance analytics.

• Develop scalable, modular email systems utilizing Figma.

• Maintain organized files with strict hygiene and naming conventions.

• Ensure all designs adhere to best practices for deliverability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Engage in structured internal review processes and efficiently apply feedback.

• Participate in creative initiatives within the organization, such as template development, training materials, case studies, and overall design enhancements.

• Assist with client onboarding and the establishment of brand systems.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Design and Email Strategists across various DTC brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience designing high-volume email campaigns for DTC brands.

• A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative work.

• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo.

• A solid understanding of conversion hierarchy, email best practices, and mobile-first design principles.

• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing performance data.

• Outstanding communication and time management abilities.

• Bonus: Experience in agency environments.

• Bonus: Exposure to paid social creative systems.

• Bonus: Knowledge of design accessibility standards (ADA & WCAG compliance).

• Must be available to work standard business hours (9:00 am–5:00 pm) in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
