This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Serve as a reliable deliverability consultant for clients, managing intricate cases to complete resolution and leading customer discussions when necessary.
• Evaluate sender configurations and oversee reputation management across various IPs and domains.
• Utilize SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DNS settings, Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to identify blocklists, spam traps, and drops in engagement.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve highly technical issues and communicate customer case trends to both Product and Engineering departments.
• Detect violations of acceptable use policies and spam complaints, addressing compliance matters directly with customers.
• Stay updated on Gmail and Yahoo sender guidelines, as well as regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Provide Customer Success Managers and Technical Support with knowledge through coaching, documentation, and training sessions.
• Enhance processes, tools, help content, Academy courses, and proactive customer guidance to ensure scalable deliverability support.
• 2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-sized or large ESP, B2B SaaS organization, or marketing automation platform, with experience in large-scale deliverability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and related infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS).
• Proficiency in utilizing provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools such as Everest, MXToolbox, or similar.
• Strong analytical ability to transform bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with email compliance and acceptable use policies.
• Experience in developing or enhancing processes, documentation, or training that support a scaling team in deliverability or support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
• Bonus: Involvement in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience collaborating with Customer Success teams.
