Email Copywriter, Account Coordinator – Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of copywriting for 5–6 pod accounts based on the strategy established by the pod's Senior RM.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule by providing status updates, following up on approvals, and managing daily sequencing.

• Contribute innovative ideas to account strategy while developing strategic insights alongside the Senior RM.

• Gather and format reports for the Senior RM to aid in decision-making processes.

• Proactively identify potential blockers or delays before they impact clients.

• Progress towards owning client strategy in the role of a more senior Retention Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably prior experience in an agency setting.

• Initial experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.

• Basic experience in project management.

• Proficient in organizing tasks, approvals, and deadlines.

• Dependable with a proven ability to deliver results without constant oversight.

• Capable of taking responsibility for mistakes and applying constructive feedback.

• A genuine interest in evolving towards strategic roles and account ownership.

• Availability to work online from 12–5pm CE(S)T.

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, including creating flows, segments, campaigns, and A/B tests (this experience is requested in the application form).

• Confident and independent usage of project management tools (this is a requirement for the application).
