This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create new email templates using existing components in Braze, ensuring alignment with Figma designs and approved text.
• Develop, update, and preserve reusable Braze content blocks and catalog entries across various partner programs.
• Oversee content accuracy, localization, and version management for partner templates.
• Collaborate with the design technologist to pinpoint structural and component-related challenges.
• Construct and refine AI-assisted workflows that transform Figma designs and copy into reusable Braze content formats.
• Design and implement an AI quality assurance checklist that includes links/UTMs, Liquid variables, localization, dark mode, and compliance strings.
• Maintain logs for quality assurance, check reports, and tracked issues.
• Perform comprehensive human quality assurance on all emails, including proofreading, link validation, rendering checks, and dynamic content verification.
• Conduct inbox testing, document and resolve issues, and enhance quality assurance checklists.
• Develop tools, scripts, and prompts to standardize repetitive tasks and elevate QA quality.
• Manage documentation, versioning, and the upkeep of automations.
• Assist Marketing Ops and Lifecycle teams with Braze campaign and canvas creation.
• Oversee content configuration, dynamic content logic, and final quality assurance for launches.
• Update campaigns as partner programs change, including offer swaps, compliance revisions, and copy updates.
• Create, manage, and quality assure campaign links and UTM tracking.
• Establish and validate Branch.io or similar deep links.
• Develop automated checks for broken links, missing UTMs, incorrect destinations, and mismatched deep links.
• Troubleshoot and revise HTML and Liquid code in existing email templates.
• Uphold email client rendering and compatibility practices.
• Escalate complex automation or template issues and suggest systemic solutions.
• Work in collaboration with the design technologist, content strategist, senior designers, and Lifecycle/Marketing Ops.
• Transfer validated campaigns to lifecycle managers while ensuring production quality at scale.
• Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical experience in building or managing production automation, including AI-assisted workflows, scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or process automation.
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems.
• Extensive familiarity with production pipelines from inputs through assembly, validation, launch, and iteration.
• Comfort with naming conventions, documentation, change control, and ongoing maintenance.
• Effective, proactive communication and accountability for deliverables.
• Preferred: experience with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform.
• Preferred: background in content catalog management and dynamic template logic.
• Preferred: familiarity with UTM tracking, link management, and campaign attribution.
• Preferred: experience with mobile deep linking platforms such as Branch.io.
• Preferred: knowledge of inbox testing tools and client rendering quality assurance.
• Preferred: experience with component-based design systems.
