Eligibility Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Configure and code new group setups and modifications across relevant eligibility services technology platforms.

• Communicate the changes and setup requirements with relevant vendors and navigate their systems.

• Conduct quality assurance testing for new group setups and modifications across technology platforms.

• Maintain project plans and checklists for new client implementations and alterations for existing clients.

• Process modifications, renewals, and open enrollment through technology platforms.

• Determine and uphold coding requirements.

• Execute necessary communications and system updates.

• Provide suggestions for system enhancements.

• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure tasks and project plans remain on schedule.

• Maintain coding, vendor communication, reporting, project plans, and status communication for both internal and external projects.

• Work on special projects and carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience is required.

• 1-3 years of previous benefits administration experience with a strong emphasis on coding setup and maintenance technology is required.

• Client coding and installation experience with QicLink/Cognizant is preferred.

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Basic skills in Access are preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload is required.

• Capability to perform extended periods of sitting and computer work.
