Electrician Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a live, one-hour workshop each month.

• Respond to student inquiries regarding the electrical industry and job searching.

• Provide practical insights into entry-level electrician positions and apprenticeship opportunities.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching for students who express interest.

• Demonstrate real-world electrical expertise during the workshops.

• Assist students as they transition into careers within the skilled trades.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

• Passion for mentoring and supporting career changers in entering the trades.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings a week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.

• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to lead workshops independently.

• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Meets and Calendly.
