This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Lead and manage electrical teams, contractors, and technicians for the installation of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems.
• Analyze and interpret electrical diagrams, panel schedules, specifications, and engineering blueprints.
• Perform on-site inspections of panel installations, conduit routing, cable pulling, and equipment connections.
• Ensure that electrical work complies with NEC, local electrical codes, fire codes, and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals with electrical inspectors, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and utility companies.
• Create progress reports, inspection logs, test results, and updates for stakeholders.
• Implement electrical safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, arc flash safety measures, and compliance with OSHA electrical standards.
• Oversee electrical testing, which includes continuity, insulation resistance, ground fault, protective relay testing, and system startup.
• Manage electrical subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and effective trade coordination.
• Diagnose electrical issues, resolve design conflicts, and execute field solutions.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, testing results, warranties, submittals, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection trades.
• At least 5+ years of experience in electrical supervision within commercial, industrial (Manufacturing/Clean Lab), or institutional projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motor controls, lighting systems, and low-voltage applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and inspection requirements.
• Proven ability to generate detailed inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Extensive experience in field inspections, including electrical testing and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated capability to lead electrical teams and collaborate with multiple contractors.
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is preferred.
• Associate Engineer License (at minimum) is preferred.
• Professional licenses (PE, contractor's license) are advantageous.
• Arc flash training and safety certifications are required.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and electrical design software is preferred.
• Commissioning experience is a plus.
