Electrical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee electrical installations while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

• Travel to various project sites as needed.

• Partner with project management to achieve project objectives.

• Conduct and manage quality assurance evaluations.

• Prepare detailed reports.

• Establish and maintain safety and compliance standards.

• Engage in and eventually take charge of testing and commissioning processes.

• Take part in a structured theoretical and practical learning pathway related to testing and commissioning.

• Join specialized training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven supervisory experience in electrical projects within the construction sector.

• Willingness to relocate to new sites for each work rotation.

• A proactive attitude towards safety practices.

• In-depth understanding of Australian Standards and Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

• Desire to engage in a learning journey.

• Flexibility to change locations based on project demands.

• Previous supervisory experience in the rail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
