Electrical Project Manager – Revit MEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and execution of electrical installation projects from initial concept to final delivery.

• Ensure technical excellence and coordination across various disciplines.

• Plan the stages of development and create lists of deliverables.

• Set priorities and manage schedules across multiple projects.

• Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.

• Lead interdisciplinary coordination efforts, identifying and resolving conflicts between systems.

• Engage in alignment and coordination meetings with clients, third parties, designers, and project teams.

• Track technical requests and outstanding issues.

• Analyze client requests and changes, managing revisions and assessing their impact on development and timelines.

• Anticipate potential risks and oversee cost and quality management.

• Report on project status, challenges, deviations, and resource needs to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in developing electrical installation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced skills in Revit MEP.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, track activities and deliverables, make technical decisions, and prioritize deadlines.

• Understanding of relevant standards and design criteria for electrical installations.

• Experience in project leadership and/or technical coordination.

• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel.

• Must have a personal vehicle.
