Electrical Installation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality of installations at project sites, encompassing both manufacturing and subcontractor standards.

• Fill out quality checklists and initiate Corrective Actions whenever discrepancies are found.

• Conduct safety activities on-site, including audits related to safety protocols.

• Support routine equipment trial runs to confirm compliance with specifications and Dematic installation standards.

• Report on-site schedules and resources to the project manager and/or customer.

• Aid in training contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.

• Draft clear, concise, and thorough trip reports in accordance with Dematic procedures and specified timelines.

• Identify issues and propose suitable solutions for straightforward situations.

• Travel to customer locations up to 100% of the time and remain on-call as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.

• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is preferred.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in quality assurance is essential.

• OSHA 10 certification is required.

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.

• Proficient in the use of personal computers, database functions, and communications.

• Required understanding of personal computer hardware setup and software configuration.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Willing to travel 100% to customer locations, including short notice travel and being on-call.

• Capable of pushing, pulling, crawling, squatting, and walking around large construction sites in diverse climates and conditions.
