Electrical Installation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality of installations at the project site, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.

• Maintain quality checklists and issue Corrective Actions when discrepancies are detected.

• Ensure on-site safety, which includes conducting safety audits.

• Support routine equipment trial runs to confirm specifications are met and that equipment is installed according to Dematic standards.

• Provide on-site updates regarding schedule and resources to the project manager and/or customer.

• Aid in training contract labor and subcontractors on the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.

• Compose clear, concise, and complete trip reports within the designated timeframe following Dematic procedures.

• Identify issues and propose suitable solutions for straightforward situations.

• Be prepared to travel up to 100% of the time to customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.

• Preferred service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors.

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in quality assurance is necessary.

• OSHA 10 certification is required.

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during off shifts.

• Proficient in the use of personal computers, database functions, and communications.

• Understanding of personal computer hardware setup and software configuration is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel 100% to customer locations is essential.

• Must be ready to travel on short notice and be on call.

• Ability to push, pull, crawl, squat, and navigate large construction sites in various climates and conditions.
