Electrical General Foreman

• Overseeing and directing electrical teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

• Collaborating with project managers, fellow foremen, and subcontractors to synchronize workflow and uphold project timelines.

• Diagnosing electrical issues, interpreting blueprints, and guaranteeing quality control.

• Administering materials, equipment, and labor to facilitate effective project execution.

• Upholding safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

• Mentoring and training electricians on safety practices and job competencies.
