Electrical Factory Inspector – Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving department objectives and overall company goals.

• Perform surveillance inspections at factories to ensure products comply with the terms of their certification.

• Follow up with factories to restore certification compliance if any unauthorized variances are identified.

• Maintain professional communication with customers in line with customer service standards.

• Follow managerial directives and execute responsibilities in a timely, accurate, honest, and professional manner.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Travel to factories and work remotely as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two-year or four-year college degree in a STEM-related field.

• Understanding of electronics.

• Certification in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be willing to travel; this position entails 90%–100% travel.

• Capability to rent a vehicle.

• Willingness to work overtime and remotely.

• Must not be on any no-fly list.

• Clean driving record required.

• Must possess a passport or be able to obtain one.

• Must be a US resident.

• Authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Open to receiving and accepting guidance from others.

• Capable of handling difficult individuals and situations.

• Effective in a team-oriented environment.
