Electrical Factory Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving departmental objectives and company goals.

• Carry out surveillance inspections of factories to ensure that products comply with the conditions of their granted certification.

• Follow up with factories to ensure certification compliance is restored when a non-approval variance is identified.

• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by management.

• Interact with customers in a professional manner, adhering to established customer service standards.

• Follow manager directives and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Perform tasks in a timely, accurate, honest, and professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two-year or four-year college degree in a STEM-related field.

• Familiarity with electronics.

• Certification in Electronics is preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel 90%–100% of the time.

• Capability to rent a car.

• Openness to working overtime and remotely.

• Must not be on any no-fly list.

• Clean driving record.

• Must possess a passport or be able to obtain one.

• Must be a US resident.

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Receptive to feedback and guidance from others.

• Skilled in managing difficult interactions and problem-solving.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
