This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to creating comprehensive eLearning for the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud platform.

• Spearhead the design and development of self-paced eLearning experiences, including storyboards, courseware, tutorials, assessments, and digital learning resources.

• Utilize AI and innovative learning technologies to enhance content development, efficiency, personalization, and overall learner experience.

• Employ learning analytics, evaluation data, and learner feedback to evaluate and enhance content effectiveness.

• Manage the eLearning content lifecycle to ensure accuracy, relevance, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.

• Take ownership of content strategy and roadmap, focusing on prioritization, resource allocation, production timelines, quality standards, and learning outcomes.

• Coordinate content development and maintenance across production teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Create and sustain eLearning content utilizing authoring and delivery technologies.

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and external content and learning-platform partners.

• Collaborate with Product, Services, and cross-functional teams to convert complex concepts into educational content.

• Engage learners through forums, user groups, surveys, and various feedback channels.

• Set eLearning standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

• Mentor, coach, and support junior eLearning team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in eLearning development is preferred.

• Proficiency in Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination.

• Extensive experience with AI as it pertains to eLearning development.

• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with creative teams, training leaders, and SMEs.

• Skilled in production workflow.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines.

• Effectively processes feedback and adapts to deliver high-quality products within project timelines.
