This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients through phone calls

• Offer mobile operator portability to Claro

• Present commercial agreements and exclusive promotions

• Participate in 5 days of training, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour break

• Enjoy days off on Sundays and public holidays

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center

• Secondary education completed

• Digital skills required

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities

• Commercial skills necessary

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor should be at least Core i5 or equivalent

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM required

• USB headset necessary

• Internet speed of over 40 Mbps with a wired connection

• Must reside in Lima or Callao
