This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to Claro customers who have previously been serviced through the Customer Service channel (123)

• Inform customers about benefits, promotions, or enhancements for their services

• Serve as a sales advisor in a secondary line

• Participate in an 8-day training program

• Work from home on rotating schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education or higher studies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level

• Experience in a Call Center environment

• Availability for rotating rest days

• Availability for full-time or semi-full work hours

• Less than 1 year of valued professional experience
