EHS Adoption & Enablement Program Manager, Global

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives within the A&E portfolio.

• Act as the central integration point between functional strategies, project implementation, business partnerships, and workstream leaders.

• Convert strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.

• Set timelines, coordinate dependencies, track progress, and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives.

• Create annual, quarterly, and specific roadmaps in collaboration with the Senior Director.

• Transform strategic goals into work plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage various initiatives related to standards, communications, change management, analytics, systems enablement, contractor risk management, quality assurance, and future strategic programs.

• Identify risks, dependencies, resource limitations, and scheduling conflicts.

• Develop executive-level portfolio presentations, dashboards, status reports, and updates on progress.

• Facilitate execution among workstream leaders and subject matter experts.

• Conduct project reviews and accountability meetings.

• Monitor commitments, decisions, actions, and deliverables.

• Report barriers, delays, and risks to leadership.

• Ensure initiatives are in line with scope, timelines, and business objectives.

• Manage project management software as the primary power user for the A&E team.

• Design and uphold project templates, portfolios, dashboards, reporting structures, automations, and workflows.

• Create metrics and reports on progress, workload, risks, and resource utilization.

• Enhance project management processes through system optimization and automation.

• Facilitate coordination between A&E and business-sponsored programs.

• Align A&E deliverables with organizational priorities and implementation timelines.

• Assist with initiative planning, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and execution readiness.

• Integrate A&E support into enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Lead or assist with special projects, transformation efforts, and operational enhancements.

• Support new business priorities, organizational initiatives, team events and meetings, and strategic endeavors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related field such as Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, Operations, Engineering, or similar.

• More than 5 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or business operations management.

• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in creating and managing program roadmaps and enterprise-level implementation plans.

• Background in supporting organizational change, transformation, or operational improvements.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software, specifically ClickUp.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Experience in developing status reports and executive presentations.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.

• Self-motivated, independent, and exceptionally organized.

• Capable of managing complex, multi-track programs concurrently.

• Excellent presence and communication skills in professional environments.

• Ability to thrive in situations of ambiguity and change.

• Travel is anticipated to be up to 5%.

• Capacity to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and navigating construction sites with uneven surfaces.

• Must be able to utilize required personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety-toed shoes, and additional outerwear.
