This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Initiating contact with jointly identified event venues such as clubs, nightclubs, art houses, and opera houses.
• Utilizing provided standard texts, professional presentations, and a dedicated Live Peace email address.
• Coordinating follow-up communications.
• Assisting in the preparation for meetings and collaborative video calls.
• Monitoring deadlines and project status.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for event venues via email.
• Contributing to the establishment of 100 global events for Live Peace 2026.
• Aiding in the development of an international network.
• Working within a project plan that includes defined phases, milestones, and KPIs.
• Reliability and motivation to participate in a significant project.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Close collaboration with the team.
• Interest in international projects.
• Proficiency in English.
