EHR Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, execute, and deliver extensive, cross-functional programs that align with organizational goals.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of programs, from initial concept through to final implementation.

• Act as the main point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate program strategies and outline roadmaps with specific milestones.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing obstacles before they impact outcomes.

• Oversee resource allocation across various projects.

• Keep stakeholders updated on program developments, changes, and risks through consistent communication.

• Promote process enhancements, implement best practices, and utilize lessons learned for future initiatives.

• Manage resources, timelines, and risks effectively to ensure program-wide success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program and project management, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• Proven experience in deploying project management software.

• Familiarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other Electronic Health Record systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level interaction.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a distributed workforce.

• Hands-on experience in project planning, resource allocation, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects punctually, within budget, and according to scope.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Sound judgment regarding when to seek assistance and escalate risks and issues.

• Reliable high-speed internet access for remote work.

• Epic certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
