EHR Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Execute system analysis, development, construction, and implementation for Epic Professional Billing and Claims.

• Offer end-user assistance for Billing and Claims.

• Create, support, and uphold documentation, policies, and procedures.

• Perform system testing and acceptance procedures.

• Oversee projects effectively.

• Formulate and apply best practices for Revenue Cycle.

• Guide the selection, development, implementation, and adoption of advanced clinical and financial systems for ambulatory process units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, healthcare-related field, nursing, or a similar discipline, accompanied by relevant experience.

• An associate's degree combined with more substantial job-related experience may also be acceptable.

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.

• 5 years of experience as an Application Systems Analyst or relevant background in ambulatory Revenue Cycle, including Charge Capture, Billing, Collections, or Claims.

• Epic application certification and experience are preferred.

• Capacity to manage several tasks at once.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with technical teams, managers, and end users.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to devise creative solutions for complex issues.

• Familiarity with computer system capabilities and an aptitude for addressing process needs.

• Exceptional presentation skills, inclusive of presenting directly to management and clinicians.
