This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategies to engage educators for new and early-stage High School products.
• Establish connections with educators, district leaders, and early adopters to confirm product direction.
• Interact with educators and districts through individual discussions, advisory activities, product previews, paid pilots, and industry events.
• Recognize emerging market challenges, objections, and competitive dynamics.
• Formulate recommendations to tackle market challenges and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on market readiness strategies.
• Work alongside Marketing to validate messaging initiatives.
• Partner with the Teaching & Learning Strategist to link educator insights with instructional expertise.
• Identify and nurture paid pilots, early adopters, and educator advocates.
• Collaborate with Sales on transition processes.
• Monitor key indicators of market readiness and engagement.
• Provide regular updates to the SVP, High School, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance a scalable framework for market readiness and educator engagement.
• A mix of educational background and relevant experience, or a college degree.
• Proven experience in educator engagement, market readiness, or product marketing within K-12 or High School education.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities across educators, district leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Capability to convert market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
• Comprehensive understanding of High School instructional workflows and the publishing or edtech landscape (preferred).
• Experience in launching early-stage educational products (preferred).
• Must be adept at multitasking and maintaining focus in an open office environment.
• Willingness to work beyond 40 hours per week as required.
