Educational Tours Specialist – Middle East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Generate leads, handle current inquiries, convert them, and develop a portfolio of clients from schools and universities.

• Achieve annual sales targets with the assistance of the line manager.

• Conduct visits to schools and perform direct outreach to educational institutions.

• Participate in conferences and explore strategies to expand the client base within the sales region.

• Prepare tour quotes and design enriching, well-structured, curriculum-focused itineraries and programs for young individuals.

• Establish competitive tour pricing that satisfies school needs while optimizing margins and profitability.

• Promote the company's value, enhance upselling opportunities, and achieve margin objectives.

• Ensure that every aspect of the client journey is exceptional, with clear client touchpoints and processes.

• Collaborate with regional operations teams to provide accurate pre-trip information.

• Present in-person and online to customers, schools, and during parents' evenings.

• Foster long-term B2B relationships and optimize sales opportunities.

• Manage key accounts, enhance existing relationships, and identify new key account prospects.

• Offer insights to the sales strategy in a rapidly growing company.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel sales or B2B sales, preferably in educational tour sales.

• Equivalent experience in B2B account management or the education sector will also be taken into account.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

• Residing in the UAE or open to relocation.

• Demonstrated history of strong sales performance and positive customer service feedback.

• Ideally possesses knowledge of the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

• A passion for travel.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• A meticulous and organized approach to work and administrative tasks.

• Ability to effectively maintain processes in accordance with company timelines and schedules.

• Capability to handle sales challenges and maintain a positive outlook.

• Strategic thinker with strong client-needs assessment skills.

• Comfortable in a rapidly growing environment.

• Sales-oriented with a commitment to personal growth.

• Willingness to travel throughout the MENA region.
