📋 Description

• Develop and nurture connections with healthcare professionals seeking travel and contracted career opportunities in the educational and school services sector.

• Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals for short-term career placements.

• Reach out to potential candidates proactively, build relationships, comprehend their needs, and assess them for job openings.

• Inform candidates about the personal and professional advantages of temporary healthcare career transitions.

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

• Establish and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.

• Aim for continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Achieve recruiting targets while providing outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 1 year of successful experience in a sales, staffing agency, and/or metrics-driven role is preferred.

• Proven experience in creating positive experiences for travel healthcare professionals.

• Innovative and outside-the-box thinking.
