Educational Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals who are interested in travel and contracted career opportunities in the educational and school services sector.

• Identify and recruit skilled healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.

• Reach out to potential candidates proactively, build rapport, understand their requirements, and assess their qualifications for available job opportunities.

• Inform candidates about the personal and professional advantages of temporary healthcare career placements.

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic initiatives, and referrals.

• Establish and maintain strong connections with travel healthcare professionals.

• Commit to continuous improvement and seek career advancement.

• Achieve recruiting objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Deliver exceptional client-focused customer service.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 1 year of proven success in a sales, staffing agency, and/or metrics-driven role is preferred.

• Passionate about creating exceptional experiences for travel healthcare professionals.
