Educational Operations Specialist – Trading and Financial Markets Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the educational department, collaborating with management and team members.

• Arrange the distribution of classes and activities among mentors and moderators.

• Provide support for students at the onset of their journey, offering guidance on platforms, tools, and resources.

• Conduct regular checkpoints and individual follow-ups to assess challenges, progress, and next steps.

• Keep track of student expirations, pauses, activations, continuations, and program completions.

• Organize, document, and continually enhance the department’s processes, workflows, and routines.

• Manage the LMS, along with content, materials, and phases of the learning journey.

• Oversee the educational framework on Discord and other company platforms, including channels, rooms, and access permissions.

• Create and update educational materials, processes, and resources.

• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to enhance the student experience and identify areas for improvement.

• Centralize and streamline operational tracking in ClickUp, organizing information, histories, follow-ups, and automations.

• Assist management in establishing an organized, scalable, and efficient educational operation.

• Interest in or experience related to education, financial markets, or trading.

• Comfortable utilizing digital tools, management platforms, and information organization systems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Self-motivated, with the capacity to identify issues and suggest solutions.

• Capable of transitioning between operational, strategic, and student relationship tasks.

• Strong logical reasoning abilities and comfort with numbers and data analysis.

• Knowledge of or experience in clear communication, simplifying complex concepts, lesson planning, mentoring and tutoring, identifying learning difficulties, individual student follow-up, providing feedback and guidance, and conducting online classes.

• Education or experience in fields that cultivate strong logical and analytical reasoning skills, preferably in Mathematics or Physics.
