Educational Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, publish, and refresh content on educational platforms.

• Monitor training registrations, participation, completions, and performance metrics.

• Assist in the communication and marketing of courses, training programs, and content to target audiences.

• Identify content that requires updates and facilitate the review process.

• Help participants with inquiries regarding access to and usage of educational materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Basic to intermediate familiarity with digital tools.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with various departments and audiences.

• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about products, processes, and business operations.

• A proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.

• A digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a desire to understand how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.
