This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver project work that is client-facing for educational organizations.
• Engage extensively with clients during the course of projects.
• Oversee project management responsibilities.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and determine the implications of the findings.
• Produce compelling presentations that are ready for clients.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes that showcase user flows and interactive elements of the user experience and interface.
• Utilize HTML5 and CSS3 for development tasks.
• Assist in enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving student outcomes, implementing technology, and aligning resources and investments for higher education institutions and academic medical centers.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic arts/design, visual communication, user interface/user experience design, web development, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role as a graphic/web designer or web developer.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite software, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven ability to design high-fidelity prototypes using Sketch, Figma, or similar prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with coding in Slate CRM or similar CRM technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Bootstrap Framework or other front-end frameworks is preferred.
• Good understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, is preferred.
• Knowledge of WCAG/Accessibility standards and experience developing in accordance with them is preferred.
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS is preferred.
