Education Program Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Monitor and supervise the progress of students towards earning Industry Recognized Credentials, ensuring they stay on track to fulfill program requirements.

• Offer thorough graduation pathway counseling to students.

• Assist students in mapping their academic paths and aligning them with their career ambitions.

• Work collaboratively with students to ensure their chosen graduation pathways are in line with their long-term career goals.

• Provide guidance and support to help students achieve success.

• Foster and maintain engagement, encourage academic advancement, and facilitate successful graduation.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with both students and staff.

• Adhere to school policies and uphold professional standards.

• Perform additional related duties as directed by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Ohio.

• Must possess a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License.

• The school may consider other Ohio educator credentials that comply with state regulations and are appropriate for student academic support roles.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in education is necessary.

• Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are preferred.

• Familiarity with Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options is preferred.
