This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the primary contact for member schools, addressing inquiries and delivering information regarding membership benefits, programs, and services.
• Implement a comprehensive member engagement strategy that includes methods for recruiting and retaining member schools.
• Oversee the membership email inbox and troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to the online membership portal.
• Process new and renewing memberships with precise data entry and prompt follow-up.
• Maintain and update member records in Salesforce, tracking engagement, renewal status, and significant interactions.
• Collect, summarize, and present member feedback to highlight areas for service and offering enhancements.
• Assist in organizing membership events such as webinars, networking sessions, and conferences.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of educational offerings, workshops, webinars, and professional development initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, speaker management, materials preparation, and communication with participants.
• Gather, monitor, and report participant feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of educational resources.
• Track, assign, and update Salesforce badges for key school roles and programs, such as ResLife Comp passes.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various systems.
• Submit Salesforce consultant ticket requests to the internal TABS team.
• Assist with the annual membership renewal process, including billing, follow-ups, and tracking of paid and pending accounts.
• Generate reports on engagement, renewals, trends, program usage, and member activities.
• Collaborate with the team to identify engagement trends and opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in member or community engagement, customer success, admissions or enrollment, family or alumni outreach, or another member-facing role.
• Prior experience in an association is highly preferred, especially working with members, member organizations, or professional associations.
• Proven ability to use or quickly learn technology platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools, including data entry and reporting.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as necessary to meet organizational needs and attend events.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while collaborating with other remote team members.

• Experience working with schools, particularly boarding schools, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PheedLoop or a comparable event registration and/or learning management system is a plus.
• Proven capability to summarize, interpret, and report on member engagement and educational program data is a bonus.
