This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire learning cycle for both technical and customer-facing teams, starting from needs assessment through structured tracks, workshops, courses, assignments, and evaluations.
• Transform intricate product, technical, and business subjects into engaging learning experiences tailored for a variety of audiences.
• Develop educational resources such as courses, playbooks, guides, and simulations.
• Lead interactive sessions for teams that are globally distributed.
• Utilize AI tools for conducting research, creating content, personalizing learning experiences, and building assessments, all while ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to implement educational programs that align with product launches and business objectives.
• Establish and monitor learning metrics, including retention rates, course completion, practical application on the job, and overall performance impact.
• Maintain a centralized repository of reusable educational materials.
• Independently manage various learning initiatives from conception through to execution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Enablement.
• Preferably experience in a SaaS, IT, or Fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles (LXD).
• Proven success in designing multi-channel learning programs rather than just isolated webinars.
• Practical experience with AI tools for content creation, research, and analytics.
• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs for precision.
• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences across various time zones and cultures.
• Emphasis on practical application and quantifiable business results.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Proficient in collaborating with subject matter experts, product leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable using modern LMS platforms, design tools, and new workplace technologies.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency (C1+ or native-level).
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and copy-editing abilities.
