This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more countries.
• Create and sustain educational content for healthcare professionals that aligns with the Medical Affairs evidence strategy and adheres to relevant review and approval processes.
• Prepare key opinion leader (KOL) faculty and healthcare provider (HCP) presenters to effectively communicate scientific evidence at congresses, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Stay updated on structural heart research, TAVR clinical evidence, and innovative methods for evaluating valve performance and patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations of the Anteris Speakers Bureau, which includes faculty coordination, scheduling, presentation review, speaker preparation, and post-program follow-up.
• Manage contracts, conduct fair market value assessments, obtain approvals, maintain engagement records, and fulfill transfer-of-value reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Monitor program reach, faculty engagement, participant feedback, and the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of professional education activities at prominent cardiovascular congresses.
• Develop symposia, workshops, case-based education, and the annual Professional Education Plan.
• Design educational modules focusing on valve hemodynamics, flow restoration science, patient–prosthesis mismatch, clinical trial design, and evidence.
• Create digital learning formats, such as webinars, e-learning platforms, and online case libraries.
• Tailor educational content for regional audiences while considering each market’s regulatory framework.
• Establish metrics for learning, engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, life science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, professional education, clinical education, or a related function within the medical device sector, including direct responsibility for physician education programs.
• Experience in coordinating physician faculty or speaker programs within a regulated medical device environment.
• Strong scientific literacy in cardiovascular medicine, capable of interpreting clinical evidence and discussing valve performance, hemodynamics, and clinical trial design with physician faculty.
• Proven ability to convert complex scientific information into clear, engaging educational content.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance, including contracting, fair market value, applicable transparency reporting, and regional industry codes.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%, including internationally for congresses, faculty engagements, and investigator meetings.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be necessary to comply with health institutions, state, local municipality, and/or travel regulations.
