This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on guests, companies, markets, and pertinent topics.

• Acquire skills in preparing for podcast interviews.

• Create and discuss potential questions for interviews.

• Analyze conversations to identify key statements and recurring themes.

• Generate ideas for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn, and newsletters.

• Gain knowledge about headlines, hooks, and various content formats.

• Understand the dynamics of editorial planning and content strategy.

• Assist throughout the entire process from podcast recording to publication.

• Evaluate existing episodes and assess their potential for long-term content repurposing.

• Learn how professional content is crafted and how diverse types of content emerge from in-depth conversations.

• A keen interest in financial markets, investments, economics, or trading.

• A passion for media, podcasts, and social media platforms.

• Proficient German-language skills.
