Content Ingestion Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee live captures of content from streaming platforms.

• Address alerts and resolve issues related to player, VPN, or buffering problems by following internal protocols.

• Capture both on-demand and long-form recordings.

• Edit videos as necessary.

• Conduct quality checks in accordance with established standards.

• Upload verified content into Samba's database.

• Collaborate with Samba web applications, remote systems, and spreadsheets.

• Engage in a process that includes a Talent call, a discussion with Roberto, and a final cultural interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, as it is the sole mandatory requirement.

• Comfortable using computers, remote systems, spreadsheets, and swiftly adapting to new web tools.

• Experience in an office or data-entry role that involves repetitive and detail-oriented tasks.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain focus.

• Reliable availability during nights and weekends, with a primary focus on Saturday and Sunday.

• Experience in content management or media operations is a plus.

• Background in high-volume data entry is advantageous.

• Basic video editing capabilities are a bonus.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting streams, VPNs, or recording tools is a plus.

• Previous experience with night shifts or follow-the-sun work is beneficial.

• Must be at ease working independently during weekend nights, particularly around 4 a.m. on Sundays.
