eDiscovery Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various eDiscovery initiatives spanning multiple phases of the EDRM spectrum, from investigation and document/data intake/acquisition to trial assistance.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients on small to medium-sized projects.

• Update clients, project stakeholders, and CACI management on project status throughout its lifecycle.

• Organize and oversee project support, which includes monitoring workflows, reporting progress, developing and tracking budgets, coordinating technical/data processing, and acquiring resources.

• Conduct quality assurance to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Ensure the security of project materials in accordance with client security protocols.

• Collaborate with other Contractor components to provide project support.

• Work together with US Attorneys, DOJ Case Managers, CORs, Case Managers, and technical teams on requirements, schedules, budgets, and litigation support tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Ability to obtain DOJ MBI (Management Background Investigation).

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Proven experience managing eDiscovery projects in line with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
