Ecosystem Alliance Relationship Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate the EMEIA alliance strategy by integrating global, regional, and country objectives.

• Collaborate with Global Alliance Leaders, regional Alliance Relationship Directors, account teams, and Sales Executives to implement the alliance strategy.

• Advocate for EY’s alliance initiatives throughout EMEIA and enhance key partnerships.

• Oversee governance and relationship engagement with alliance partners and EMEIA leadership.

• Establish alliance sales and GTER targets while managing go-to-market strategies.

• Propel measurable alliance-sourced revenue throughout the region.

• Direct alliance operations encompassing business planning, activation, contracting, compliance, performance intelligence, and partner enablement.

• Supervise quarterly business reviews and track performance through dashboards and KPIs.

• Align global strategies with local execution by distributing playbooks, assets, and best practices.

• Integrate alliance strategies into priority accounts.

• Collaborate with Global and Region BMC teams on unified messaging and campaigns.

• Disseminate competitive intelligence and EMEIA best practices throughout the global alliance network.

• Convey EMEIA market realities and client requirements in global initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a strong executive presence and the capability to foster trusted relationships with senior executives from alliance partners and EY leadership.

• Competence in managing relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support.

• Familiarity with the technology and business advantages of pertinent alliance partner products and solutions.

• Experience in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services firm.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining mutually beneficial alliance relationships.

• Strong skills in networking and influence management.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Proven history of achieving alliance sales and revenue targets.

• Capacity to work independently while keeping stakeholders updated.

• Ability to escalate complex matters to leadership with informed recommendations.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Adaptability to various personalities, cultures, and working styles.
