This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage a portfolio of valuable referral and broker relationships within the e-commerce and agency sectors.
• Identify, engage, and recruit new referral and broker partners, which include agencies, advisors, and referral networks.
• Conduct partner discovery, qualification, and prioritization across both inbound and outbound channels.
• Negotiate partner agreements, commercial terms, incentives, and co-selling arrangements.
• Onboard and operationalize partnerships through enablement, structured processes, and clear launch plans.
• Oversee referral and broker relationships from initial conversation to ongoing performance management.
• Facilitate regular business reviews that focus on targets, impact, and revenue contribution.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships, including new segments and referral sources.
• Manage lead routing and feedback loops with the Sales team.
• Define and monitor partner KPIs, including pipeline, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline forecasting.
• Conduct ROI analyses on partner initiatives to enhance performance and incentive structures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop repeatable partner workflows.
• Over 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, with a proven track record of owning outcomes rather than just relationships.
• Some of that experience must be in fintech, lending, or payments, with a strong preference for direct exposure to e-commerce or online consumer brands (as an operator, agency partner, or platform).
• Demonstrated ability to source, finalize, and manage broker and referral partnerships end to end—handling all aspects personally.
• Commercially astute: you comprehend how deals generate profit for both parties and can negotiate terms that are sustainable.
• Self-directed: when given a partnership objective, you chart your own course and know when to engage Sales or Operations.
• Proficient with data and analytics, utilizing them to prioritize, forecast, and justify where to allocate your time.
• Direct and purposeful communicator, comfortable managing remote workflows transparently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and/or G Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
