This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance the company website while optimizing the user experience.
• Upload, update, and manage a vast array of product listings and SKUs.
• Replace and optimize product images to elevate content presentation.
• Assist with enhancements in front-end design, pricing updates, and ecommerce administration.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline website management, content creation, and product updates.
• Manage the integration between printer and supplies databases.
• Ensure accurate and timely importation and synchronization of daily supplier stock updates.
• Monitor product feeds, inventory levels, and database connections to identify and resolve matching and syncing issues.
• Maintain precise links between printer models, compatible supplies, and ecommerce listings.
• Work with APIs, data feeds, CSV files, and other methods of integration.
• Document integration processes and suggest improvements for reliability.
• Create clean, modern page layouts while enhancing UX and website navigation.
• Design landing pages and promotional content.
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Support website content updates, SEO improvements, email marketing, social media, and website analytics as the role evolves.
• Assist with online research, administrative tasks, process improvements, AI automation, and various technical/business support as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in managing ecommerce websites such as PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Practical experience in managing ecommerce, inventory, product databases, or supplier-feed integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, and database synchronization.
• Ability to troubleshoot product, inventory, and data integration issues effectively.
• Experience handling large product catalogs and high-volume SKU data.
• Excellent proficiency in written English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Capability to accurately follow complex, multi-step processes.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software, systems, and AI tools.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Preferred: experience with printer, cartridge, office supplies, or compatibility databases.
• Preferred: experience with daily automated supplier stock update integrations.
• Preferred: knowledge of product-matching logic, relational databases, or inventory management systems.
• Preferred: experience with ERP or WMS integrations.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Preferred: experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preferred: understanding of SEO principles and email marketing tools.
