eCommerce Business Analyst, Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily operations of the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings.

• Oversee product onboarding, updates, and deprecations across various marketplace channels.

• Manage the end-to-end workflows for AWS and Azure private offers.

• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams regarding certification, metering integration, and marketplace requirements.

• Maintain a unified Jira project tracker for all eCommerce initiatives.

• Facilitate sprint planning, status meetings, and asynchronous standups; identify blockers and suggest solutions.

• Create and update RAID logs, decision records, and stakeholder communications.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test case development, tester assignments, result consolidation, and approvals.

• Recognize repetitive workflows and lead automation efforts using AI tools, such as Claude Enterprise.

• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for eCommerce projects.

• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

• Map commerce-stack data flows from the Webstore through NetSuite ERP to AWS/Azure metering APIs.

• Act as a subject-matter expert on the technical requirements for AWS and Azure Marketplace.

• Generate weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.

• Create and maintain dashboards that track GMV, conversion rates, average order value, fulfillment SLA, and entitlement activation.

• Collaborate with Finance on order volumes, entitlement provisioning, and period-end data requirements.

• Work alongside Sales on marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility.

• Document and keep updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotional setups, refunds, and entitlement provisioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a business analysis or project coordination position focused on digital commerce, SaaS licensing, or cloud marketplace channels.

• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace, including listing management, private offers, metering, or SaaS contract mechanics.

• Proficient in using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation purposes.

• Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

• Capability to independently build and manage reports.

• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce SOPs, status reports, BRDs, and stakeholder emails without assistance.

• Comfort in working across time zones in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Stripe, or comparable solutions.

• Exposure to ERP or financial systems, particularly NetSuite.

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, which includes writing test cases and overseeing sign-offs.

• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or no-code AI integrations.

• Understanding of Kubernetes, container, or cloud infrastructure product categories.

• Possession of PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent certifications is advantageous.
