
eCommerce Business Analyst – Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.
• Take ownership of the daily operations and health of the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings.
• Oversee product onboarding, updates, and deprecations across all three platforms.
• Manage workflows for AWS/Azure private offers from initiation to post-sale handoff.
• Collaborate with AWS/Azure partner teams to ensure listing certification, metering integration, and compliance with marketplace requirements.
• Maintain a unified Jira project tracker for eCommerce initiatives.
• Conduct sprint planning, status meetings, and asynchronous standups; identify blockers and paths to resolution.
• Create and update RAID logs, decision records, and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT cycles and take responsibility for sign-off.
• Identify repetitive workflows and spearhead process automation utilizing AI tools, including Claude Enterprise.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for eCommerce projects.
• Generate BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Map data flows within the commerce stack and document integration gaps along with proposed solutions.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on technical requirements for AWS and Azure Marketplace.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track GMV, conversion rates, average order value, fulfillment SLA, and entitlement activation.
• Collaborate with Finance regarding order volumes, entitlement provisioning, and period-end data requirements.
• Partner with Sales for marketplace deal analytics and fulfillment visibility.
• Document and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring commerce operations.
• A minimum of 2 years in a business analysis or project coordination role focused on digital commerce, SaaS licensing, or cloud marketplace channels.
• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace, including listing management, private offers, metering, or SaaS contract mechanics.
• Proficient in using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation purposes.
• Experience with BI and data warehouse tools such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar alternatives.
• Capability to independently create and manage reports.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to independently produce SOPs, status reports, BRDs, and stakeholder communications.
• Comfortable working across various time zones in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Stripe, or similar systems.
• Exposure to ERP or financial systems like NetSuite.
• Experience in coordinating QA or UAT processes, including writing test cases, managing cycles, and facilitating sign-off.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code AI integrations.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, container, or cloud infrastructure product categories.
• Possession of a PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent certification.
