This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.
• Take charge of the daily operations for the Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings.
• Oversee the onboarding of products, updates, and deprecations across all three commerce platforms.
• Manage workflows for AWS and Azure private offers from initiation to post-sale handoff.
• Collaborate with AWS and Azure partner teams regarding listing certification, metering integration, and marketplace requirements.
• Maintain a unified Jira project tracker for eCommerce initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, status meetings, and asynchronous standups; identify blockers and suggest solutions.
• Create RAID logs, decision records, and updates for stakeholders.
• Organize UAT cycles, which include test case creation, tester assignments, results aggregation, and final approval.
• Recognize repetitive workflows and spearhead process automation using AI tools, including Claude Enterprise.
• Gather, document, and verify functional requirements for eCommerce projects.
• Generate BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Map data flows within the commerce stack from the Webstore to NetSuite ERP and AWS/Azure metering APIs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AWS and Azure Marketplace technical requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for leadership, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Develop and manage dashboards that track GMV, conversion rates, average order value, fulfillment SLA, and entitlement activation.
• Collaborate with Finance on order volumes, entitlement provisioning, and period-end data.
• Work alongside Sales to analyze marketplace deals and enhance fulfillment visibility.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for listing updates, promotional setups, refund processes, and entitlement provisions.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or project coordination role focused on digital commerce, SaaS licensing, or cloud marketplace channels.
• Practical experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace, including listing management, private offers, metering, or SaaS contract mechanics.
• Proficient in Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation purposes.
• Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies.
• Capability to independently create and maintain reports.
• Excellent written communication skills; adept at producing SOPs, status reports, BRDs, and stakeholder emails promptly and independently.
• Comfortable working across various time zones in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, Stripe, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP or financial systems like NetSuite is advantageous.
• Experience in QA or UAT coordination is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code AI integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, or cloud infrastructure product categories is a nice-to-have.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
