This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more countries.
• Manage a portfolio consisting of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, focusing on high Average Order Value (AOV) or a significant number of stock-keeping units (SKU) for consumer durables.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, owning the performance narrative and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and demonstrate comprehensive performance across the funnel.
• Guide clients through strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Work alongside the Account Director on quarterly strategies and long-term growth plans.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to the department.
• Lead weekly client meetings for larger accounts and assist in PM-led meetings for smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly priorities for accounts.
• Monitor full-funnel performance and provide actionable insights for measurement.
• Coordinate with paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams to implement a unified account strategy.
• Aid in the retention strategy, focusing on repeat purchase rates, lifetime value by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance.
• Assist the Account Director with quarterly strategy, preparation for renewals, and discussions on service expansion.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to a retention rate of at least 90% across accounts.
• Utilize Iris and Nova daily, proactively identifying performance issues and maintaining a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ETCR, net Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), client Net Promoter Score (NPS), service expansion pipeline development, and annual Power Circuit Certification.
• Mentor and develop the team while driving marketing strategy, execution, client retention, and revenue growth.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this position.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with a background in managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Comprehension of full-funnel strategies: understanding the interaction between awareness, consideration, and conversion channels, as well as common measurement gaps.
• Comfortable with the limitations of multi-touch attribution; able to articulate what last-touch misses are.
• Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) at a functional level.
• Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive differentiators.
• Proven track record of managing clients through extended measurement cycles while maintaining their confidence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying complex, multi-channel performance narratives to non-technical clients.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
