This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, focusing on high-AOV or high SKU count consumer durables.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for clients on a daily basis, taking ownership of the performance narrative, pinpointing growth opportunities, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for Lifestyle clients, ensuring comprehensive performance across extended purchase cycles and thoughtful buying behavior.
• Guide clients through strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion that extend beyond last-click attribution.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to the department's objectives.
• Conduct weekly client calls for larger accounts and assist PM-led calls for smaller accounts.
• Translate outputs from the Power Circuit roadmap into weekly account priorities and identify any strategic misalignments.
• Monitor full-funnel performance and provide actionable measurement insights.
• Collaborate with paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams to create a unified account strategy.
• Support retention strategies, focusing on repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance.
• Identify issues with last-touch metric interpretations and prepare the Account Director for client discussions.
• Assist the Account Director with quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and conversations regarding service expansion.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to a retention rate of ≥90% across accounts.
• Work daily in Iris and Nova, proactively identifying performance issues and ensuring a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Mentor and develop the team; drive marketing strategy, execution, client retention, and revenue growth.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with a focus on managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel strategy, including the interaction of awareness, consideration, and conversion channels, as well as common measurement gaps.
• Comfortable navigating multi-touch attribution limitations, with the ability to articulate last-touch misses clearly.
• Familiarity with upper-funnel channels (such as content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic) at a practical level.
• Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive differentiators.
• Proven experience in managing clients through extended measurement cycles without eroding their confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex, multi-channel performance narratives in an understandable manner to non-technical clients.
