eCom Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the daily business operations of the company

• Develop, document, and consistently refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and internal systems

• Oversee supply chain, logistics, and other essential eCommerce operations

• Recognize operational hurdles and put into action effective solutions

• Foster improved organization, accountability, and structure throughout the business

• Collaborate across teams to ensure priorities and projects are progressing

• Assist with recruitment and interviewing as the team expands

• Ensure that processes adapt as the company grows, preventing them from becoming bottlenecks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of pertinent experience managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand

• Strong background in developing and implementing SOPs and operational frameworks

• Highly organized and capable of managing various moving components

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth setting

• Proactive problem-solver who can operate with minimal supervision

• Strong sense of ownership — not only identifying problems but also actively resolving them
