eCOA Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of cross-functional eCOA project(s).

• Facilitate the establishment of eCOA project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Determine project tasks and the necessary resources.

• Create comprehensive cross-functional eCOA project plans.

• Assemble and manage the project team.

• Share specialized knowledge of eCOA implementation in accordance with study protocols.

• Organize and schedule eCOA project timelines.

• Administer the project budget.

• Develop and oversee risk management strategies for eCOA projects.

• Monitor project deliverables utilizing appropriate tools.

• Provide guidance and support to the project team.

• Track and communicate project progress to all relevant stakeholders.

• Address eCOA quality concerns.

• Prepare reports outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Implement and manage changes and interventions to meet project goals.

• Conduct evaluations of the project and assess outcomes.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in IRT/eCOA or a related area.

• Extensive experience in eCOA, research technology, Outcomes Research, or the eClinical/Clinical field or associated services/industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, influencing, and motivational abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Commitment to continuous improvement.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
